Lainie Rowland joined NYCEEC as an Associate in April 2022. Her work at NYCEEC supports grants management, business development, PACE administration, and other priorities across the organization.

Prior to joining NYCEEC, Lainie worked as a Senior Associate at RMI, a global energy think tank, where she conducted state-level climate and energy policy analysis and shared insights with policymakers, journalists, and advocates.  Previously, Lainie worked as a Senior Analyst at Keybridge Research, an economic consulting firm, where she advised clients on wide-ranging public policy issues.

Lainie holds an AB in Public Policy from Brown University.
