Ariel Miranda
Ariel Miranda is an Associate of NYCEEC. His work at NYCEEC includes supporting programs like PACE Administration, assisting the business development team in sourcing and executing affordable housing, energy efficiency, and clean energy transactions, as well as contributing on other priorities across the organization.
Prior to joining NYCEEC, Ariel worked for The Community Preservation Corporation aiding in the stand-up of its $2.4 billion secondary mortgage subsidiary company, Climate Capital. Previously, he worked for the City of New York for a decade across the Department of Housing Preservation & Development, the Mayor’s Office, and City Council.
Ariel is a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development candidate at Fordham University and holds a Masters in Public Administration degree from Baruch College as well as Bachelors of Arts from Fairfield University.
