Sasha Izeman joined NYCEEC as an Associate in November 2024. His work at NYCEEC includes servicing our loan portfolio, executing transactions, strengthening impact measurement efforts, and managing relationships with external strategic partners. Sasha also supports NYCEEC’s program administration, including the NYC C-PACE Program and the AHRF Offset Program.

Prior to joining NYCEEC, Sasha worked as a Sustainability Analyst at Nuveen, where he helped lead the ESG integration of the firm’s multibillion dollar infrastructure platform, including conducting climate and biodiversity risk assessments, organizing carbon emissions accounting exercises, and supporting engagements with portfolio companies.

Sasha holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
