The Results
Constitution Health Plaza houses numerous organizations providing critical healthcare services to a community of working families in Philadelphia. By working with Ecosave, Constitution Health Plaza was able to upgrade its HVAC system to increase reliability, provide more tenant and patient comfort, save on utility costs, and contribute to GHG reduction. NYCEEC’s loan to Ecosave for this project allowed NYCEEC to expand both its geographic presence and enhance its product offerings for the healthcare/institutional sector. Ecosave was able to leverage its capital to allow it to develop more enegy saving and greenhouse gas reducing projects.
