Kyle Madden-Peister is a Senior Legal Associate for NYCEEC. He also helps manage New York City’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program that is administered by NYCEEC.

Prior to joining NYCEEC, in addition to working in private practice, Kyle completed legal fellowships with the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Resiliency.

Kyle holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York State.
