Marc Zuluaga, PE is a co-founder of Cadence OneFive a ClimateTech startup  that drives building decarbonization and climate justice at city scale. He believes that effective climate action requires more collaboration and that existing solutions — while necessary — aren’t able to make an impact at the scale or speed demanded by the increasing enormity of our climate challenge. He was previously CEO at Steven Winter Associates where he worked for 20 years and guided the continued evolution of a 130-person building science consulting firm in response to dynamic industry changes. Marc co-chaired the NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability 80×50 Technical Working Group, served on the the City of Boston’s Technical Advisory Group for Building Performance Standards and currently is a member of the NYS Department of Public Service Strategic Advisory Group for Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification.
