The New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC) would like to request a proposal from you to provide Financial Advisory Services pursuant to the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
NYCEEC is an independent, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit specialty finance corporation headquartered in Manhattan. NYCEEC anticipates being a subawardee to one or more winners of EPA funds awarded via the GGRF competitions in 2024. This RFP provides information about NYCEEC and the GGRF competitions, describes the need for the Services, and sets forth the terms and conditions under which NYCEEC anticipates conducting this RFP, including the criteria to be used in the selection of successful Respondent(s).
